Clay Froseth

Clay Froseth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Clay also completed his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of North Dakota. He became a North Dakota licensed attorney in September 2024.

Clay is originally from Kenmare, ND and returned to the area upon completing law school with the goal of providing quality legal services to Minot and the surrounding communities.

Clay and his wife, Julianna, were married in October 2025. Together they spend much of their free time caring for their dog, Mac, an Australian cattle dog with a big personality and lots of energy. Clay also enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, sports, and spending time with family.
